Akelius and LMR deposit

A heads up for anyone who has ever been asked to pay additional money owing to Akelius beyond your rent amounts - it seems they often "charge" (ie claim money owing) on your LMR deposit, vs the amount that they credit you for annual interest on the same.

Always ask to see a full statement of your account before paying anything.

(I wonder how many total tenants they have done this to....)
