I was looking for something on the CBC website and I bumped into these radio interviews of tenants and staff of Akelius, mostly discussing gentrification and the pushing-out of current tenants to make way for new higher-rent-paying tenants, as well as general abuse suffered by renters at the hands of Akelius... They are definitely a little old now, but the issues are still current and ongoing.
