Post by: 2ndClassCitizenCane on April 28, 2023, 08:21:36 am
What a novel idea....someone build a database of review for Landlords, REIT's & Management Companies.

This may be handy for legacy builds but remember - owners and their managers come and go. One problem that it may or may not address is the growth of the "condo" industry.

It could also be more interactive and fluid with respect to how categories are arranged. Index? A glossary of terms??? Just saying.

I tried "report" as regards one Greenwin listing and on my device - laptop, Windows 10, Firefox browser - the server-side code seemed to just end. Cold stop.

Still, the number of obviously sub-par buildings in the city was a bit of a shock.
