16 St Joseph - Heat was included in our lease, now what??
« on: December 15, 2023, 01:51:22 pm »
Hi There,

I signed a lease where water, heating was included. Now that they've installed (poorly) HVAC in each unit, what happens now?

Our we now expected to pay for heating? Has anyone received a rent increase notice?

I don't really think it's fair if we now have to pay for heating AND pay for the annual rent increase when my original lease included heating.

As anyone pushed back? If yes, what was the result.

Thank you.
