We are a group of concerned citizens who are determined to find effective solutions and revitalize our city. There are an estimated 65,000 vacant apartments, or “ghost units”, in the City of Toronto. Most of these ghost units are owned by foreign investors, they buy condo units and leave them empty to park their money for safekeeping, while avoiding scrutiny by the CRA and their domestic governments. This is immoral and exacerbates the housing crisis. Make rent prices fair again!
